ORDERING & TIMING

All orders require a minimum of 2 business days to be prepared before shipment or delivery. Orders placed with less than 2 business days’ notice will be scheduled for the next available date.

Yes. During checkout, you may select your preferred delivery date along with an available delivery window.

PRODUCT CARE & STORAGE

Our cookies are made without preservatives and are best enjoyed within 2 to 3 days of delivery for optimal flavor and texture.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature in a cool, dry place for up to 3 days.

Yes. Wrap cookies tightly and store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving.

For a fresh-from-the-oven experience, preheat your oven to 300°F and warm cookies for 5 to 8 minutes.

GIFTING

Yes. All orders are thoughtfully packaged, making them ideal for gifting and direct delivery to recipients.

Yes. A gift message may be included with your order at checkout.

No. Pricing details are never included in shipped or delivered orders.

INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS

Some products contain common allergens such as wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. All items are prepared in a kitchen where these allergens are present.

All products are made in the home kitchen of Saratoga Sweet Treats.

Yes. Ingredient lists are included with each order.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Yes. Local delivery is available within the Saratoga area.

One delivery attempt is made. If no one is available, the order will be left at the delivery address. For additional details, please refer to our Local Delivery Policy.

SHIPPING

We offer shipping beyond the Saratoga area. Available options and destinations will be shown at checkout.

Orders ship Monday through Wednesday to minimize transit time and preserve freshness.

Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is managed by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed. For additional details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

RETURNS & ORDER ISSUES

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
