Shipping Policy:

Order Processing

Each order is prepared in small batches and requires up to 2 business days for processing prior to shipment. This allows us to ensure quality and freshness with every order.

Orders are not typically shipped the same day they are placed.

Shipping Availability

We offer shipping beyond the Saratoga area. Available shipping options and destinations will be shown at checkout.

At this time, we do not ship to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Schedule

To preserve freshness and avoid extended transit times, orders ship Monday through Wednesday.

Orders placed later in the week may ship the following Monday to ensure they do not remain in transit over the weekend.

Carriers and Delivery

Shipping carriers and service levels are selected at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Timing

Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Saratoga Sweet Treats is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a new order will be required.

Delivered Packages

Local Delivery Policy

Delivery Availability

Local delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of Saratoga Springs.

Available delivery dates and options will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Schedule

Customers may select a preferred delivery date at checkout.

Delivery is offered within the following windows:

• 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM

While we make every effort to deliver within the selected window, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Order Preparation

All orders require up to 2 business days for preparation prior to delivery.

Orders cannot be scheduled for delivery earlier than this preparation window.

Delivery Fee

A flat local delivery fee of $10 is applied at checkout.

Delivery Process

Deliveries are made directly to the address provided at checkout.

One delivery attempt will be made per order.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the order will be left at the door or in a secure location when possible.

Recipient Responsibility
