The Signature Collection brings together classic flavors, refined and executed with precision. Balanced and widely loved, designed to feel both elevated and approachable.
Signature Collection flavors:
- Chocolate Chip - A classic done properly. Rich dough, generous chocolate, and a balanced finish with just enough salt. Soft with a rich balanced bite.
- Snickerdoodle - Soft and tender with a warm cinnamon sugar coating. Lightly crisp on the outside with a smooth, buttery center.
- Brown Butter Toffee - Deep, nutty brown butter enhanced with a touch of espresso, studded with house-made buttery toffee. Soft, rich, and layered.
- Sea Salt Caramel Pecan – Buttery caramel layered with toasted pecans and a touch of sea salt. Soft with a nutty, balanced finish.
Local Delivery (within 10 miles of Saratoga Springs)
Choose your delivery date and window at checkout. $10 flat delivery fee. Available delivery windows are between 8am-12pm and 12pm-4pm. One delivery attempt will be made. If no one is available, the order will be left at the delivery location.
Shipping (beyond Saratoga)
Orders ship Monday through Wednesday to preserve freshness. Available shipping options shown at checkout.
Processing time: 2 business days for all orders.

Cookies are made without preservatives and best enjoyed within 2-3 days of delivery.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days
- Freeze wrapped tightly for up to 2 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
- Warm at 300°F for 5-8 minutes for a fresh-from-the-oven experience.
Some products contain wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. All items are prepared in a kitchen where these allergens are present.
